How to Submit Your Report

To ensure we can investigate your claim quickly, please provide as much detail as possible. All reports should be sent to our dedicated abuse department.

What to Include in Your Report

For Spam / Phishing:

• The full, original email headers of the abusive message. This is essential for us to trace the source.
• The content of the email.

For Malware / Network Violations:

• The source IP address originating the abuse.
• The destination IP address (your IP).
• Timestamps (including your time zone) of the event.
• Any relevant logs (e.g., firewall logs, web server logs).

For Copyright Infringement:

• Please follow the instructions on our Copyright Reports page to submit a valid DMCA notice.
